    Nobody can ignore that Swimming is the perfect sports . It is an exercise which strengthen the human body . In this game there is a whole movement of parts of body when you swim . All should do swimming for a good health .

            Ability to swim is a life saver. Everybody should know how to swim out of a pool or a canal in case of an accident. I have heard of many cases where people have drowned because they could not swim. In addition to possible saving your life it is excellent exercise.
